  Most of the staff are really helpful. I ring up at 8am hoping to get an appointment. Most of the time this has happen. There is one oldish nurse I refuse to see as no empathy and really hasn't got a caring bone in her body but the rest of the staff are brilliant they are caring from the reception to the dispensary. I have only been kept waiting over 30 minutes a couple of time and one of these occasions was the doctor had an emergency come in.
